We will exchange your defective Tranz 330, 380 or 380X2 with a refurbished unit with a one year warranty. If your exchange is not repairable when it is received you will be charged for a refurbished terminal but you will be contacted first. You will be required to send in your terminal but keep your existing power supply and phone cord. The exchange carries a one year warranty
