The Premier Gold warranty program will replace your unit overnight for a period of one year from purchase. That means that if we receive the defective teminal today you will will receive a replacement tomorrow. We will send a shipping label to return the defective unit to you via fax. Place the terminal in the original packaging with your receipt and send it back to us. When we receive it we will send out a replacement the same day as long as it has met our warranty return policy. You will have your replacement the next day. The warranty must be purchased for each piece of equipment. You must purchase this within 10 days of the original purchase.
