If your check reader will power up but won't read a check any more you can send it to us and we will send you a refurbished unit with a one year warranty. If the check reader you send in has damage beyond repair we will contact you before we send out your refurbished terminal. You do not send in the power supply or phone cord with your exchange. You will need to keep your power supply you have. This must be the exact model or you will be charged the difference between the exchange price and the refurbished price plus and applicable sales tax.
